We have now been working with the Spaza refill machine for almost a year, and the results have been very positive. The machine has become an invaluable tool in our daily operations and has enabled us to significantly optimize our processes in terms of both time efficiency and working conditions.

Handling the tanks without the Spaza machine would today be both complicated and inefficient, and would have resulted in a substantial loss of working hours as well as less favorable working conditions. With the Spaza machine, the entire process is fast, organized, clean, and precise.

We would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by the Livv/Spaza team. They respond quickly, professionally, and with a solution‑oriented approach to any questions. On the few occasions when a replacement part has been needed, it has always been a small accessory - never the machine itself - and the replacement has always been carried out immediately.

At this time, we are very satisfied with the machine’s performance. The only remark is that the containers do not empty completely, leaving a small amount of product behind. However, this was the same challenge when the process was done manually, so it is not a drawback - quite the opposite.
