About the service
As a Customer Success Agent (CSA) at Livv, you will work closely with the Concept team, developing customized products such as bathrobes and slippers with the hotel logo. You will be the main support function of the Concept team and will have a close dialog with both suppliers and customers to ensure that we always deliver the highest quality products. This is a brand new position, which means that you will be involved in developing the way we work going forward. The position means that you will contribute to the development of working methods and support purchasing, follow-ups and business area improvements. You will also collaborate with other CSAs within the department and handle sales, advice, orders, contracts and order management. Your input will be crucial in facilitating the work of the department and helping customers focus on their core business. With our proactive approach and knowledge, we create the conditions for our customers to focus on their core business.
